Acceptable Use
Effective: March 17, 2026
1. Purpose
TitanOcta is professional AI infrastructure. This policy defines what is and is not acceptable use of the Platform, including all agents, routing services, and cloud fallback features.
2. Permitted Use
You may use TitanOcta for:
- Running AI agents on your own hardware for professional or personal projects
- Software development, analysis, research, and automation
- Building products and services that integrate TitanOcta infrastructure
- Educational and experimental use
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use TitanOcta to:
- Generate illegal content — including CSAM, weapons instructions, or content that violates applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or stalk — using agents to target, intimidate, or surveil individuals
- Distribute malware — using the agent chain to create, deploy, or distribute malicious software
- Spam or abuse — automated mass messaging, scraping in violation of terms, or denial-of-service attacks
- Impersonate — misrepresenting agent output as human-authored in contexts where disclosure is required
- Circumvent telemetry — disabling, spoofing, or tampering with the required telemetry submission
- Resell access — sublicensing, reselling, or sharing paid-tier access without authorization
- Reverse engineer cloud services — attempting to extract proprietary routing logic from cloud fallback infrastructure
4. Agent Output Responsibility
You are responsible for the output of agents running on your infrastructure. TitanOcta provides the routing engine and agent framework — what you build with it is on you. Review agent outputs before deploying them in production or public-facing contexts.
5. Telemetry Compliance
Telemetry submission is a condition of use across all tiers. Attempting to disable or falsify telemetry data is a violation of this policy. See our Telemetry Disclosure for exactly what is collected.
6. Enforcement
- Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Serious violations (illegal content, malware distribution) may be reported to law enforcement.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary.
