1. The Short Version

TitanOcta is local-first. Your prompts, session content, agent memory, and API keys never leave your machine. The only data we collect is hardware and performance telemetry — and we tell you exactly what that includes.

2. Who We Are

TitanOcta is operated by SynOCT LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean SynOCT LLC.

4. How We Use Telemetry

• Community benchmarks: Aggregated, anonymized hardware and performance data powers public Grafana dashboards so the community can compare real-world performance across configurations.
• Routing optimization: Model and hardware data helps Flow make better routing decisions for the fleet.
• Stability: Crash reports and deployment stats help us find and fix bugs faster.

We do not sell telemetry data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train models on your sessions.

5. What Stays Local

The following data never leaves your machine:

• Every prompt you send to any agent
• Every response from any agent
• Agent memory, context windows, and session state
• Your API keys and credentials
• Any files, documents, or media you process through agents

When you use cloud fallback routing, your prompts go directly from your machine to the model provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). We do not proxy, log, or inspect that traffic.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Telemetry data is stored on infrastructure we control.
• Account data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
• We retain telemetry data for as long as it is useful for benchmarking.

7. Third Parties

• Stripe: Payment processing for paid tiers.
• Model providers: If you use cloud fallback, your prompts go directly to the provider you selected. Review their privacy policies.

We do not share telemetry data with third parties except in aggregate, anonymized form on public dashboards.

8. Your Rights

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
• You can export your telemetry submissions on request.
• Local data is yours — we do not have access to it and cannot delete it for you.

9. Children

TitanOcta is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
